Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing a problem, we need to know your name and contact information and the nature of your specific problem so that we can assist you in a resolution. E-mail Doctor Notes, call the Technology Services Help Desk at 828-2227 to log your problem, or create your own support ticket. Please provide us with specific information -- including which browser are you using, which IMAP client and version are you using, are you on a PC or Mac, etc. If you are experiencing a problem opening your mail, we cannot assist you without contact information so please include an alternate way for us to contact you.
To access VCU Mail Anywhere, you will need to use your eID and eID password (you may be currently using the eID to access myVCUportal and Blackboard). If you do not know your eID or eID password, please go to the eID Finder. From there, if you do not know your password, you will be directed to contact the Technology Services Help Desk at 828-2227.
To sign into your new e-mail account via VCU Mail Anywhere, you may go to http://webdirect.vcu.edu
